To configure Outlook, you should download the Outlook Profile Helper from your Mailbox Manager.

To log into your Mailbox Manager, open Internet Explorer and go to:

https://controlpanel.4smartphone.net/asp/mmanager/login.asp

Then follow these steps: 

1. Make sure that the MyMailboxManager radio button is selected. 
2. Enter your email address and password. 
3. Click Login. 
4. On the Welcome page, find the link that says "Download Outlook (PC)" and click on it. The link for Entourage is just to the right of it.
5. The next page is a license agreement. Choose the language version you want (English is the default) and then scroll to the bottom and click the AGREE button.
6. If you have a pop-up blocker, or need to authorize the download in your browser, you may have to authorize the download and repeat steps 4 and 5 before you can continue.
7. NOTE: When you initiate a download, a license key is automatically emailed to the email address associated to your account.
8. Click Run when prompted, or save the file to a place you will be able to find it and run it when it is finished downloading. 
9. Install Outlook 2007. Enter the license key that was emailed to you.
